LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for your interest in our Pickup & Delivery Service. If you are an existing Yates Dry Cleaning customer, you are in the right place. (If you are a new customer, you will need to sign up for an online account first.)

If you are an existing customer, we have already created an online account for you. To sign up for our Pickup & Delivery Service, please use the instructions below. You may find it easier to open a new window in your browser and following the instructions below as you create the account. Click the button below to login to your account in a new browser window.

Step #1

Please log in to your account. Use your email address and your password is the last four digits of your phone number. If this does not work, please click on the "Forgot Password" button and reset your password. (Once you login for the first time, we encourage you to change your password as well.)

Step #2

Please update any account information. Please review your account information and provide any updates including your Primary Address (which will be the address we provide Pickup & Delivery Service to), Billing Address, and Credit Card information.

Note: We will automatically charge your credit card for the garments we pickup and a monthly pickup/delivery charge of $19.95 will automatically be added to your first route order of each month. (You will not be charged for any month you do not use our delivery service.) With this online account you will be able to view invoices and change your payment information if necessary. We will not charge your account until you use our service - there is no monthly minimum or subscription.

Once you have updated any necessary information, please scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button.

Step #3

Once you have saved your updated information, please scroll back up to the top of the page and click on the "Enable Delivery" button.

Step #4

You are now signed up for our Pickup and Delivery Service! In this last step, please scroll down on the Account Information page to the "Special Instructions" section, include any Pickup, Delivery and Cleaning instructions and click Save. In the Pickup and Delivery instructions fields, please include any instructions on your preferred location of your pickup and delivery (e.g. door in carport, in garage, etc.).

You are now signed up for our Pickup & Delivery Service!

We will email you with additional information including your pickup/delivery days.
